Controller and purpose
I voluntarily consent to TK Satori LLC processing my personal data to answer my enquiry on elite-vannaya.ru, clarify my task and arrange contact with the selected ELITE showroom.
Data and operations
Consent covers the name, phone number, showroom, employee, service and comment I enter, completed project, bathroom count, budget, order number and purchase showroom fields, source tags in the page URL, consent version, submission time and website language. I authorise collection, recording, organisation, use, correction, disclosure to authorised controller staff, restriction and destruction, with and without automation. The enquiry is transmitted using the website server hosted by Beget, MAX and, if email duplication is enabled, the controller’s business email service.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent lasts until the initial enquiry is processed, for no more than 3 calendar days from submission, or until withdrawal. Withdrawal may be sent to Satori116@mail.ru or the controller’s registered address. Where another lawful ground exists, processing may continue within the scope and periods allowed by law; further consultation without such a ground requires separate consent. This consent does not cover promotional mailings or public disclosure.
How consent is expressed
Consent is expressed through a separate, initially unchecked checkbox and submission of the form. The server validates confirmation, and the enquiry message records the consent version and receipt time. If I do not wish to provide data through the form, I may contact the showroom by telephone.
